Graphic Design

This is a relatively new hobby of mine. I recently started working with Adobe Creative Cloud.

"Les chats rendent le monde meilleure" is my first creation on Illustrator (ever!). I plan on taking more classes in the future to further develop this skill set. As for now, I am still learning about Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Henna Design

One of my favorite things to do in my down time is to work with henna, an Indian paste that dyes hair, skin and clothes if you're not careful! The first time I had a henna tattoo was in Little India in Singapore. My family and I would go to Little India to eat, shop and spend time together.
The dye only lasts between a week to two weeks, which makes it easy to learn with very little risk. If you mess up, just try, try again!

Animals

Animals

Animals are probably my biggest (and most expensive!) hobby. I absolutely love all animals. I currently own a cat, nine fish and an aquatic snail. I am looking forward to adopting more when I can.

To the right you will see a slideshow of some of the animals I've come in contact with over the years. The two dearest to my heart at located at the end of the slideshow, titled Tripod and Blu the Cat.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

Doodles

Doodles

I first began doodling in between classes and while on hold during phone calls. I found doodling to be a great way to relax, and started to doodle at home as a way to destress and spend down time. Most of my inspiration comes from the time I spent traveling in India, Turkey and Singapore. I've made a lot of progress, and friends of mine have asked for doodle books!

Photography

Photography

By no means am I a professional photographer, but I am prone to taking an occasional good picture and I do enjoy it. The pictures in the slideshow to the right are some I took while traveling through Europe & Asia between 2010-2015.

Unfortunately, I lost the quality of these pictures by uploading them to this website. The originals are significantly clearer and more impressive.

Crafts

I am a big crafter! I love working with all all mediums in my crafts. I've made jewelry, used wood burning knives, created physical and computer representations of museum exhibitions, constructed 3D printed figures, soldered LED lights, used a sewing machine, painted oil, water color, guache...)... You name it, I've probably done it! If not, I can guarantee I'm thinking about trying it!
